Problémy s podáváním léků ve stáří - II. nežádoucí účinky léků

Mezi základní problémy podávání léků ve stáří patří změněné reakce na léky v důsledku změněné farmakokinetiky (1), zvýšený výskyt nežádoucích účinků, non-compliance a lékové interakce. Multimorbidita ve stáří vede k mnohočetnému podávání léků provázenému 2-3x častějšími nežádoucími účinky.
