Tachykardická kardiomyopatie

Přestože je známa velmi dlouho, je tachykardická kardiomyopatie často opomíjenou příčinou srdečního selhání. Na případu nemocné s kardiostimulátorem chceme demonstrovat jednak obtížnost diagnostiky, jednak další možné souvislosti tohoto onemocnění.
