Profesionální alergická rinitida představuje v České republice 0,4-3 % hlášených nemocí z povolání, přičemž se uplatňují značné regionální rozdíly. Jsou uváděny zkušenosti s diagnostikou a posuzováním onemocnění. Významný je poznatek, že u podstatné části nemocných se po čase vyvine průduškové astma. Pro prognózu postižených má zásadní význam přerušení expozice profesionálním alergenům.

A brief survey of professional allergic rhinitis

Occupational allergic rhinitis represents 0,4-3 % of notified occupational diseasses, but there are present significant regional differences. Our experience with diagnostics and evaluation is presented here. The fact, that significant part of patients suffers from bronchial asthma in the next future. For the prognosis of patients is imporatnt the interruption of exposure to occupational allergens.
