Diagnostika hypertrofické kardiomyopatie

Práce se zabývá některými aspekty diagnostiky hypertrofických kardiomyopatií. V současnosti je nepochybně prioritní metodou echokardiografie, i když se někdy lze setkat s určitou -hyperdiagnostikou-, která je způsobena především technickými nedostatky vyšetření a jeho nesprávné interpretace. V nedaleké budoucnosti bude možno onemocnění diagnostikovat rutinní genotypizací. Předpokládá to však dostupnost automatických technik pro hromadný genetický skríning. V současnosti je tento způsob možný u rodin s již známou genovou odchylkou u HKMP.
