Akutní disekce aorty a akutní koronární syndrom

Akutní disekce aorty je poměrně řídké, ale o to závažnější onemocnění, které, pokud se vyskytne u nemocných po 5. deceniu s anamnézou hypertenze, může být považováno za akutní koronární syndrom. Vzhledem k naprosté rozdílnosti léčby obou stavů a nebezpečí z časového prodlení je třeba na akutní disekci při diferenciálně diagnostické rozvaze trvale myslet.
