Lipom tenkého střeva jako neobvyklá příčina krvácení do trávicího traktu

Krvácení do trávicího traktu je v gastroenterologii závažným akutním stavem. K účinné kauzální léčbě a prevenci recidiv je nutno lokalizovat zdroj krvácení. Při negativním základním ezofagogastroskopickém vyšetření je nutné využít další speciální endoskopické a zobrazovací metody. Na popsaném případu krvácení z lipomu tenkého střeva jsou demonstrovány možnosti i omezení jednotlivých vyšetřovacích metod v detekci zdroje krvácení do trávicího traktu většinou z neobvyklých příčin.
