Chronický únavový syndrom

Chronický únavový syndrom je diagnostikován na základě syndromologických kritérií (6), ekvivalentem v MKN 10 je neurastenie. Dosud nebyl zjištěn spolehlivý diagnostický marker tohoto patologického stavu (chronic fatigue syndrome=CFS, ale je označován i mnohými jinými termíny), který by odlišil únavu způsobenou jinými chorobami, kdy je možná kauzální léčba. Léčba je symptomatická, dosud nebyla nalezena v dvojitě slepých kontrolovaných studiích účinná a dlouhodobě použitelná terapie.
