Ve sdělení je referován výskyt dilatační kardiomyopatie u dvou sourozenců přijatých na koronární jednotku pro akutní srdeční selhání. Pozornost je věnována etiologii dilatační kardiomyopatie a jejímu sdružení s koronární aterosklerózou, které u jednoho ze sourozenců vedlo k extrémně komplikovanému průběhu.
