Autoři uvádějí na základě vlastních zkušeností a literárních údajů specifické indikace magnetické rezonance v diagnostice karcinomu prsu, stagingu karcinomu děložního čípku a v diferenciální diagnostice fokálních lézí jater.

-Imaging methods, new trends-, other specific MRI indication - MRI of breast, MRCP, liver, pelvis (part three)

Based on their personal experience and literature data, authors present specific MRI indications in diagnostic of breast tumors, staging of tumor of cervical carcinoma and in differential diagnostics of focal liver lesions. They point to certain advantage of non-invasive magnetic resonance cholangiopacreatography (MRCP) compared to ERCP. They present relatively new domain of MR- imaging of perianal fistulas in Crohn disease.

This communication follows up the previous two parts addressed to imaging methods in neurology.
