Transplantace srdce jako řešení rizika komorových arytmií

Standardním řešením rizika náhlé srdeční smrti je v posledním desetiletí implantabilní kardioverter-defibrilátor. Popisujeme raritní případ, kdy arytmická příčina (extrémně vysoký defibrilační práh u pacienta s dilatační kardiomyopatií) vedla až k nutnosti ortotopické transplantace srdce pacienta s funkční třídou NYHA II.
