Autoři v kazuistice prezentují případ nemocné s nesekretorickou formou mnohočetného myelomu, projevující se v počáteční fázi pouze celkovou osteoporózou skeletu, a upozorňují na svízelnost diagnostiky a hodnocení průběhu této formy onemocnění.
