Vývoj ischemické mitrální regurgitace 2. stupně po kardiochirurgické revaskularizaci myokardu

Kardiochirurgická klinika FN a LF UP v Olomouci

Autoři sledují soubor 67 pacientů s ischemickou chorobou srdeční a ischemickou mitrální regurgitací 2.stupně. Po samotné kardiochirurgické revaskularizaci myokardu došlo k významné redukci předoperačního stupně mitrální regurgitace 1.9 na pooperační stupeň MR 1.2.
