Využití gelu s vyšší koncentrací heparinu v chirurgické praxi

Článek se stručně zmiňuje o historii objevu heparinu, o možnostech jeho použití k lokální terapii u chirurgicky nemocných pacientů a obsahuje diagnózy, které jsou indikovány k této terapii. Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení účinku preparátu Lioton 100 000 v gelové formě a vizuálně je výsledek demonstrován na několika snímcích. Vysoká efektivita přípravku byla jako součást léčby potvrzena u poúrazových stavů, v pooperačním hojení, při léčení jizev a u pacientů s žilním onemocněním. Důraz léčení je kladen na komplexnost terapie.
