Vývoj rezistence komunitních respiračních patogenů k antimikrobním přípravkům v olomouckém regionu

V období 2000–2006 byl analyzován vývoj rezistence nejčastějších bakteriálních původců komunitních infekcí respiračního traktu na vybraná antibiotika. Byly sledovány druhy Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae a Haemophilus influenzae. Největší dynamika vývoje rezistence byla zaznamenána u druhu Streptococcus pyogenes v případě makrolidů. Výsledky studie dokladují nutnost racionální antibiotické léčby jako nedílné součásti prevence vzniku a šíření multirezistentních bakteriálních kmenů.
