Early gastric carcinoma

The problem of early gastric carcinoma diagnosis and the possibility of its endoscopic treatment is summarized in this article. In our
case report we present our own experience with a diagnosis of early gastric carcinoma in a patient with upper gastrointestinal bleeding
as a primary indication for endoscopy, and a subsequent endoscopical therapy with an endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) as
a method of choice.
